Over the many years of hosting events, our most requested catering is our delicious tacos.
We bring a feast to you, with your selection of smoked & pulled pork, beef or lamb, braised chicken, kingfish ceviche, pulled jackfruit, or a mixture of these plus more. We then prepare a wide selection of seasonal condiments to fill the tacos such as apple slaw, pineapple gastrique, pickled red onion, pickled cucumber, mango, cilantro, and too many more to list. Served on either wheat or corn, grilled tortillas.
This is an excellent option to ensure you have plenty of food, while catering for all dietary requirements at once!
